You will be working with cross-functional experts from Marketing, Supply Chain and R&D Formulation. Nearly all the core global team members have been identified.
This project is one of the first to be run through a new model created to help innovation projects. The project has passed the initial ideas/explore phase but, because of the opportunity in the market your company has decided to expedite the project into execute phase.
You are the lead Innovation Project Manager and so your responsibilities include:

Status reporting
Stakeholder management

- An initial skeleton plan on a page
- Capture what ways of working and governance you would suggest to the project team
- Your understanding of the SCOPE
- Any key assumption you have made
- The high-level risks
- The key next steps you would take
