Innovation PMO – Case Study Samples

You are part of an innovation team in a global FMCG company who produce a varied range of goods. The company wants to deliver a new body wash that kills 99.9% of germs.

You will be working with cross-functional experts from Marketing, Supply Chain and R&D Formulation. Nearly all the core global team members have been identified.

This project is one of the first to be run through a new model created to help innovation projects. The project has passed the initial ideas/explore phase but, because of the opportunity in the market your company has decided to expedite the project into execute phase.

You are the lead Innovation Project Manager and so your responsibilities include:
